Who We Are

Motives International is a global family business.

As one of the leading apparel manufacturers in the world with a global footprint and joint ventures on four continents, we operate with the humanity and accountability of a multi-generational family endeavour.

We founded the company over 20 years ago with a team of 6 people in Vietnam. We are proud to have become one of the largest apparel exporters out of the country producing for leading brands worldwide. We now have a team of 300+ employees in Vietnam to oversee sourcing, production, and quality control.

As we have expanded our sales capabilities across the globe, we continue to enhance our roots within Vietnam. Since 2014, we have built 18 homes for families across the country. We have also provided 77 academic scholarships to aspiring students in need of financial aid. These are only a selection of the initiatives that we have implemented to support local communities.

Our team transforms ideas into market-ready products through world-class design, engineering, sourcing, and production capabilities. From concept to delivery, we create products that enhance mobility, organization, and everyday adventures while meeting the highest standards of quality, functionality, and value.

Our portfolio includes premium luggage, backpacks, duffle bags, travel accessories, slings, business cases, outdoor and tactical packs, cooler bags, wallets, totes, and lifestyle carry solutions. Every product is thoughtfully engineered using durable, responsibly sourced materials whenever possible, with an emphasis on comfort, performance, sustainability, and long-lasting reliability.
